My training is done in person, and I will be there with you to demonstrate each movement and help you maximize your workouts.
Personalized Workouts:
Because this is personal training, the workouts will be tailored to you and based on your goals.
Nutrition Coaching:
Part of personal training includes nutrition coaching. Some clients have lost up to 20lbs in three months!
Price:
My price is $40/session. This includes all the services listed above. Sessions last approximately 45min-1hr. We will schedule the sessions together. Sign up below.
